Unlike the V3.2 aliases there is no dated discontinuation notice for R1 in DeepSeek's changelog — it was simply superseded by V3.x and then V4 and dropped off the rate card, so the retirement date here is the date we confirmed the absence, not a date DeepSeek published. The $0.55/$2.19 is DeepSeek's last first-party rate.
