'Improve our products' is broader than 'train future Meta models', so the grant's scope beyond training is still not pinned down. RATE LIMITS LOOSENED against the 60 RPM / 2.1M TPM reported at the 1.2 contributor launch: Meta's page now lists 100 RPM / 3M TPM per team for the contributor tier, plus the shared 600-per-minute background submission cap, against 3,000 RPM / 4M TPM on standard.
